Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - The Chicago Bulls waived forward Viktor Khryapa on Thursday, and additionally came to contract settlement should he clear waivers. Khryapa, a 25-year-old from Russia, appeared in nine games for Chicago this season, seeing 11.7 minutes per game, and averaging 3.6 points. He's in his fourth NBA season, having started his career in Portland. Khryapa's best season came in 2005-06 with the Trail Blazers, when he averaged 5.8 points in 21.6 minutes per game.
